One of my absolute favorite pieces of grilling equipment is the best drum smoker.  The best drum smoker is extremely easy to use and provide versatility, delicious flavor, and great times.  They’re perfect for low and slow cooking no matter whether you are a beginner or master chef.

These smokers get their name from their drum like shape.  They’re also known as barrel smokers in some regions of the country.  In fact, you can make a DIY drum smoker at home with a barrel drum and some other equipment!  But that’s a post for another time.  Many of the most reputable grill manufacturers make their own drum smokers, utilizing top of the line technology and engineering.
